Program title: Equal opportunities and respect, entrepreneurial tools from the scope of sex

Brief description: Main aim of the project was the development of the human capital and the improvement of its competitiveness, by supporting Romanian women in developing entrepreneurial skills. Four one-stop-shop support offices were developed and several training programs were carried out to help women in acquiring professional skills and starting up their own business. A national network for female entrepreneurship was created (SERAF) as well as the European Network for Innovative Female Entrepreneurship (ENIFE).
